Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary holistic therapy, which works on the belief that there are reflexes on the feet, hands and ears, which correspond with all the different parts of the body, including all the organs and glands.
These reflex points are stimulated or soothed using precise techniques, adopted by a trained Reflexologist, who’s expert touch may help restore the body’s own natural balance, help improve mood, aid sleep, relieve tension, improve circulation and revitalise energy levels, promoting a sense of well-being. Regular Reflexology treatments may be ideal as a preventative measure and give the client chance to relax and de-stress. There have been many research papers to support the efficacy of reflexology for a number of medical conditions. Please click on the links below.

All treatments are individually tailored to meet the needs of the client. A comprehensive medical history is completed at the first consultation and the findings of each treatment are recorded by the Reflexologist to measure the goals and manage the expectations of the Client and Reflexologist.
With a strong emphasis on relaxation, the Reflexology treatment is provided in the comfort of your own home, using a speciast Lafuma treatment chair, with the use of organic creams (if desired) and music to create a soothing and memorable experience.
