Hopi Ear Candle

The use of ear candles is evident in many cultures from around the world and has been used as an effective remedy since ancient times.

Ear candles are made from 100% natural ingredients - each candle contains organic cotton flax, honey extracts, beeswax and therapeutic herbs, including chamomile, sage and St Johns Wort. The candles are certified according to the European medical device directive.

The candle is lightly placed in the opening of the ear canal, whilst the opposite end is lit, this creates a slight suction and the movement of the flame causes a vibration of air in the candle, which generates a massage- like effect on the eardrum.

A pleasant warm, relaxing and calmimg effect is experienced, both ears require candling to remain balanced, releasing pressures in the ears, foreheads and sinuses. The treatment is completed with a lovely massage to the ears and face for the ultimate in relaxation.

The entire process is extremely relaxing and soothing and has traditionally been used for ear pressure issues when flying, earache, earwax, blocked sinuses, headaches and tinnitus. This is a safe and simple remedy, with therapeutic benefits.

The treatment has been featured in several articles. Please see links below.
